1. Final sale

All purchases are final and non-refundable immediately after payment.

Futurysk does not provide:

  • a money-back guarantee;
  • a free trial;
  • a cooling-off period;
  • a refund for unused time;
  • a prorated refund;
  • a refund after account suspension or termination;
  • a refund because Mainnet safety activation requires two-factor authentication;
  • a refund because Binance restricts an account, product, jurisdiction, API key, or feature;
  • a refund for trading loss, liquidation, fee, funding, or slippage;
  • a refund because a user changes strategy or decides not to trade; or
  • a refund because a user fails to complete payment verification or account setup correctly.

2. No automatic renewal

Futurysk access periods do not renew automatically. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

To stop paid use, do not purchase another access period.

Deleting an account, disconnecting Binance, disabling Mainnet, or ceasing use does not create a refund entitlement.

3. Access period

The selected access period begins after payment is reviewed and approved. Time during which a user does not log in, connect Binance, activate Mainnet, or use available features remains part of the purchased period.

Expiration, grace-period behavior, and restrictions on new exposure are determined by the subscription state shown in the account.

4. Payment evidence and review

Users must provide accurate payment evidence when requested. False, modified, duplicated, unrelated, or misleading evidence may be rejected and may result in account restriction.

Payment approval is not a representation that a trade, Binance account, Mainnet operation, or automated capability will be suitable or available without required security configuration.

5. Payment mistakes and duplicate payments

Users are responsible for checking the recipient, amount, currency, reference, and transaction details before payment.

An incorrect or duplicate payment does not create an automatic refund right. A user may report the issue to [email protected] for review, but review does not guarantee reimbursement, reversal, credit, or extension.

6. Payment disputes and chargebacks

A payment dispute, reversal attempt, chargeback, or allegation of unauthorized payment may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is reviewed.

Futurysk may preserve relevant account, payment, device, security, and usage records during the review.

7. Contact

All payment and refund questions must be sent to:

[email protected]

Submission of a request does not create a refund entitlement.
