FUTURYSK / LEGAL
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Futurysk. Futurysk is a paid software platform for risk-first trading workflows and server-side order routing to Binance Futures. Futurysk is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, fiduciary, or Binance affiliate. You remain responsible for your account security, Binance eligibility, API permissions, trading instructions, and all trading outcomes.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing access, connecting a Binance account, accessing Testnet or Mainnet, or otherwise using Futurysk, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them by reference.
The following documents form part of these Terms:
- Privacy Policy;
- Risk Disclosure;
- Binance Non-Affiliation Disclosure;
- Refund and Cancellation Policy;
- Cookie and Browser Storage Notice;
- Data Retention and Deletion Policy; and
- Support and Incident Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms and the incorporated policies, do not create an account, purchase access, connect exchange credentials, or use the Service.
2. About Futurysk
Futurysk is currently operated under the Futurysk name. References to “Futurysk,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the Futurysk platform.
Futurysk provides software tools for trade planning, deterministic risk calculations, position sizing, pre-trade validation, account connectivity, and server-side order routing for supported Binance Futures environments.
Futurysk does not:
- operate a cryptocurrency exchange;
- hold, custody, receive, or control user trading funds;
- act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary;
- provide personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice;
- guarantee that an order will be accepted, filled, protected, profitable, or completed at a requested price; or
- control Binance systems, market conditions, exchange rules, account restrictions, or service availability.
Binance remains the external execution venue and the source of truth for exchange balances, positions, fills, orders, fees, and account status.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Futurysk is intended for worldwide access and does not maintain a separate public list of restricted jurisdictions. You may use the Service only where your use of Futurysk, Binance Futures, leveraged derivatives, Binance Pay, and related services is lawful and permitted.
Futurysk does not exclude users solely because they reside in the United States, European Union, or United Kingdom. Access to Binance Futures and leveraged products remains subject to local requirements, Binance eligibility requirements, and actual service availability.
You are solely responsible for determining whether:
- you may lawfully use Futurysk and Binance Futures;
- leveraged derivatives are available to you;
- you satisfy Binance account and identity requirements;
- your API usage complies with Binance rules;
- your trading activity complies with applicable requirements; and
- you are responsible for any reporting or tax obligations arising from your activity.
Futurysk may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service, other users, connected accounts, or system integrity.
4. Account registration
You must provide accurate and current registration information. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, create an account through unauthorized automated means, or use another person’s account without permission.
Email verification is required before normal account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address and keeping your password confidential.
You must notify Futurysk through [email protected] if you believe your Futurysk account, email account, password, session, MFA method, Binance account, or API credentials have been compromised.
5. Account security and MFA
You are responsible for activity performed through your Futurysk account unless Futurysk determines that the activity resulted directly from a failure within Futurysk-controlled systems.
Futurysk may use email verification, password requirements, session controls, step-up authentication, rate limits, audit events, and multi-factor authentication to protect accounts.
Mainnet is available to users with an active subscription. Before first Mainnet access, you must enable supported two-factor authentication and complete the Mainnet safety activation process. Mainnet execution may remain disabled until all required security and pre-trade safeguards are satisfied.
You must store MFA recovery codes securely. Futurysk support will never ask you to provide your password, raw API secret, current MFA code, MFA recovery code, or private key by email.
6. Binance account and API connection
You may connect only a Binance account that you own or are expressly authorized to control.
Your Binance API key must use the minimum permissions required for the enabled features. Withdrawal permission must not be enabled. Futurysk does not require withdrawal permission and may reject a key that appears to include unsafe or unsupported permissions.
You are responsible for:
- creating and configuring your Binance API credentials correctly;
- complying with Binance API terms and account rules;
- applying IP restrictions when supported by your infrastructure and Binance configuration;
- revoking or rotating credentials when compromise is suspected;
- monitoring activity in your Binance account; and
- ensuring sufficient margin, collateral, and permissions for requested operations.
Removing or revoking a Binance API key may immediately prevent Futurysk from reading account state, placing protective orders, reconciling positions, or executing instructions.
7. Testnet and Mainnet environments
Testnet and Mainnet are trading environments within the Futurysk platform. They are not separate subscription plans.
Testnet uses test funds and is intended for controlled practice. Testnet behavior, latency, liquidity, fills, exchange responses, and reliability do not predict Mainnet results.
Mainnet uses real funds. Mainnet is included with an active subscription, but first access requires two-factor authentication and Mainnet safety activation. Every Mainnet operation remains subject to account state, exchange rules, runtime capability, entitlement, authentication, risk limits, reconciliation state, and other server-side controls.
AUTO or automated execution is a separately controlled capability. Availability of manual Mainnet access does not automatically enable AUTO.
8. Risk-first calculations and trade instructions
Futurysk is designed so that position size is derived from inputs such as account equity, risk per trade, Entry, and Stop Loss. Leverage may be used for margin efficiency but is not intended to determine how much capital you can afford to lose.
All calculations, previews, liquidation estimates, margin estimates, reward projections, and normalized quantities are informational outputs based on available inputs and exchange rules at the time of calculation. They may differ from actual exchange outcomes.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving your trade instructions. Futurysk does not determine whether a trade is suitable for you.
9. Order routing and execution
An order preview is not an executed order. An acknowledgement from Futurysk does not necessarily mean Binance accepted, filled, or protected an order.
Orders may be rejected, delayed, duplicated, partially filled, filled at a different price, canceled, expired, or left in an uncertain state because of market conditions, exchange rules, network failures, API behavior, timeout, reconnect, clock differences, or other conditions.
Futurysk may normalize price or quantity to Binance symbol rules. Normalization may change actual risk, margin, or reward. Futurysk may reject an order before transmission if it does not satisfy configured safety or risk requirements even where Binance would technically allow it.
Binance records prevail where local Futurysk state differs from exchange state. Futurysk may perform reconciliation and may temporarily restrict new exposure while an uncertain operation is being investigated.
Risk-reducing operations, including protective changes, cancellation, close, reduce-only actions, or emergency flattening, may be treated differently from exposure-increasing orders.
10. Subscription and payment
Futurysk offers access periods displayed at purchase, including monthly and yearly access. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same platform access unless the purchase page expressly states otherwise.
Prices displayed in United States dollar notation represent a USD-equivalent amount paid through Binance Pay. Payment is manual. Purchases do not renew automatically.
Access begins only after payment and payment evidence have been reviewed and approved. Payment review is normally targeted within 24 hours but is not guaranteed.
An active subscription includes Testnet and Mainnet access. Mainnet remains subject to first-access two-factor authentication and safety activation. AUTO remains separately controlled.
When an access period expires, Futurysk may prevent new exposure while continuing to permit available risk-reducing or position-protection actions during a configured grace period.
All purchases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Futurysk for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
- bypass authentication, entitlement, rate limits, risk controls, Mainnet activation, or other security boundaries;
- connect an account or API credential you do not own or control;
- enable withdrawal permission for a Futurysk-connected API key;
- submit false, altered, duplicated, or misleading payment evidence;
- interfere with, overload, probe, scan, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
- exploit a vulnerability beyond the minimum necessary to document and report it;
- introduce malware, destructive code, or malicious payloads;
- reverse engineer or copy protected portions of the Service except where expressly permitted;
- use the Service to manipulate markets, evade exchange restrictions, or violate Binance rules;
- resell, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit account access without written permission; or
- use automated access methods not expressly supported by Futurysk.
12. Third-party services
Futurysk depends on third-party services, which may include Binance, Binance Pay, hosting infrastructure, database infrastructure, transactional email services, domain and network services, and user-configured signal sources.
Futurysk is not responsible for third-party availability, policy changes, account restrictions, data accuracy, execution behavior, fees, security events, or service discontinuation.
Your use of a third-party service remains governed by your separate agreement with that provider.
13. Intellectual property
The Futurysk name, brand, interface, software, documentation, visual design, original content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Futurysk.
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement where required, Futurysk grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of information you lawfully submit. You grant Futurysk the limited right to process that information as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
Feedback may be used by Futurysk without obligation to compensate you, provided Futurysk does not publicly identify you without permission.
14. Service availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Futurysk may add, change, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue features at any time.
Futurysk may perform maintenance or emergency intervention without advance notice. Safety-related changes may be deployed immediately.
Futurysk does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or device, continued support for every Binance feature, or permanent availability of any trading environment or capability.
15. Suspension and termination
Futurysk may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably identifies:
- account compromise or security risk;
- fraudulent or disputed payment;
- false payment evidence;
- abuse or prohibited use;
- attempts to bypass safety controls;
- activity that threatens the Service or other users;
- expired entitlement;
- a third-party restriction that prevents service delivery; or
- a need for emergency risk containment.
Suspension of exposure-increasing actions does not require Futurysk to block available risk-reducing actions.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because purchases do not renew automatically, you may end paid use by not purchasing another access period. Account deletion is governed by the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
16. No investment advice or fiduciary relationship
Futurysk does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading signals, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, long, short, or use any digital asset or derivative.
No content, calculation, interface element, warning, risk control, automation feature, or support response creates an advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or trust relationship.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by the terms under which the Service is offered, Futurysk does not warrant that:
- calculations will be error-free;
- market data will be complete, current, or uninterrupted;
- protective orders will prevent loss;
- orders will be executed at requested or displayed prices;
- Testnet results will be reproduced on Mainnet;
- the Service will be compatible with every Binance account or jurisdiction;
- any strategy or workflow will be profitable; or
- account, exchange, network, email, or payment services will always be available.
Past performance, simulated outcomes, projected reward, and illustrative trade setups are not guarantees of future results.
18. Limitation of responsibility
You accept responsibility for trading decisions, trading losses, liquidation, funding charges, fees, slippage, tax consequences, account restrictions, exchange disputes, and losses resulting from credentials, devices, email accounts, or third-party services under your control.
Futurysk is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or speculative losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profit, lost opportunity, trading loss, loss of data, or loss caused by Binance or another third party.
Nothing in the Service represents an insurance policy, guarantee fund, capital protection arrangement, or promise to reimburse trading losses.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms and related policies at any time. The revised version becomes effective when published with an updated effective date.
We are not required to provide advance notice or obtain renewed consent. Your continued use of Futurysk after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You should review the effective date and current version periodically.
