FUTURYSK / LEGAL
Risk Disclosure
Crypto futures and leveraged derivatives can cause rapid and substantial losses, including liquidation and loss of all posted collateral. Futurysk provides risk calculations and execution tooling, not investment advice or protection from loss. Stop Loss orders, risk limits, and automation reduce certain operational risks but cannot eliminate market, execution, exchange, or technology risk.
1. High-risk product
Binance Futures products are leveraged derivatives and involve a high degree of risk. They may not be suitable for you.
You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for assessing your knowledge, financial resources, experience, objectives, and tolerance for loss.
Futurysk does not assess whether futures trading is suitable for you.
2. No investment advice
Futurysk calculations, interface elements, warnings, risk controls, examples, documentation, market displays, and support responses are software outputs and general product information. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or a promise of performance.
You decide whether, when, and how to trade.
3. Leverage and liquidation
Leverage increases market exposure relative to posted margin. A small adverse price movement may cause a disproportionately large loss.
Losses may rapidly consume available margin. Positions may be partially or fully liquidated. Fees, funding, slippage, and liquidation charges may increase losses.
Futurysk’s risk-first model does not make leverage safe. Position size is intended to derive from equity, risk per trade, Entry, and Stop Loss rather than from maximum available leverage, but actual loss can still exceed a calculated risk amount.
4. Market volatility and liquidity
Digital-asset markets may experience extreme volatility, thin liquidity, sudden price movement, rapid spread expansion, trading halts, index disruption, mark-price divergence, abnormal funding, and cascading liquidation.
Market conditions may change between preview, submission, trigger, and execution. A displayed price may no longer be available when an order reaches Binance.
5. Stop Loss and protective-order limitations
A Stop Loss is not a guarantee that a position will close at the trigger price or within the displayed risk amount.
Protective orders may:
- trigger at a different reference price than expected;
- fill with slippage;
- fill partially;
- be rejected or canceled;
- fail because of symbol rules or account state;
- be delayed by network or exchange conditions;
- become invalid after another position or order change; or
- fail during gaps, rapid movement, maintenance, or outage.
Protective orders reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate loss.
6. Execution risk
An order may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, partially filled, canceled, expired, or left in an uncertain state.
Risk may arise from:
- exchange latency or outage;
- network interruption;
- API timeout;
- stale market data;
- clock differences;
- duplicate requests;
- reconnect behavior;
- idempotency conflict;
- account restriction;
- insufficient margin;
- changed symbol filters;
- rate limits;
- position-mode or margin-mode mismatch; or
- incomplete reconciliation.
Futurysk may block new exposure while an uncertain operation is reconciled.
7. Binance and third-party risk
Binance is an independent third-party execution venue. Futurysk cannot control Binance availability, order matching, liquidation, fees, funding, maintenance, delisting, leverage limits, eligibility, account restrictions, API behavior, or regulatory decisions.
A Binance incident may prevent Futurysk from reading positions or placing, changing, or canceling orders.
8. Technology risk
The Service depends on software, infrastructure, databases, encryption systems, email delivery, browsers, internet connectivity, and third-party APIs.
Failures may include:
- unavailable or delayed data;
- incorrect local state;
- user-interface defects;
- interrupted connections;
- delayed email or MFA recovery;
- storage failure;
- deployment defects;
- corrupted or duplicated messages;
- unavailable workers;
- delayed reconciliation; or
- compromised user devices.
No technology control can eliminate all operational risk.
9. Credential and account risk
A compromised email account, password, session, MFA method, device, Binance account, API key, or TradingView webhook credential may permit unauthorized activity.
Withdrawal permission must never be enabled on a Futurysk-connected API key. This restriction reduces custody risk but does not prevent unauthorized trading, position changes, fees, or losses if trading permission is compromised.
10. Calculation limitations
Risk, quantity, margin, reward, liquidation, fee, funding, and execution-cost outputs depend on available inputs and assumptions.
Differences may arise from:
- price and quantity normalization;
- tick size and step size;
- minimum notional;
- fees and funding;
- cross or isolated margin;
- open positions and orders;
- exchange balance changes;
- slippage;
- partial fills;
- stale account state; or
- changed exchange rules.
Actual risk may be higher than previewed risk.
11. Testnet limitations
Testnet is a controlled environment using test funds. Testnet may differ from Mainnet in liquidity, fills, order behavior, availability, latency, market participants, and account conditions.
Successful Testnet use does not demonstrate that a strategy, integration, or workflow will perform successfully on Mainnet.
12. Mainnet activation is not a guarantee
Two-factor authentication, safety activation, pre-trade validation, risk limits, step-up authentication, reconciliation, and kill switches are safety controls. They do not guarantee that an account cannot be compromised or that trading losses cannot occur.
13. Automation and signal risk
Where automation or TradingView integration is enabled, additional risks include stale signals, malformed payloads, duplicate signals, incorrect configuration, delayed delivery, repeated orders, inappropriate account selection, and delayed emergency intervention.
AUTO is a separately controlled capability. Enabling AUTO means accepting the risk that software may act without a contemporaneous manual confirmation for each operation.
14. Regulatory and tax risk
Availability and treatment of cryptocurrency derivatives may change. Your access may be affected by rules, restrictions, or decisions applying to you or Binance.
You are responsible for determining and satisfying your reporting and tax obligations.
15. Acknowledgment
By using Mainnet, you acknowledge that:
- futures trading can result in rapid and substantial loss;
- you may lose all posted collateral;
- Stop Loss orders do not guarantee an execution price or maximum loss;
- Futurysk does not provide investment advice;
- Binance controls exchange execution and account state;
- Testnet results do not predict Mainnet results; and
- you remain responsible for every trading instruction submitted through your account.
